We’re a non-profit organization committed to maximizing economic well-being and opportunity throughout Clay County.
Through the partnership of private and public sectors, we’ve created and retained thousands of Clay County jobs and millions of dollars in new capital investment since our founding in 1967.
Our affiliate organizations provide several services, including capital for small businesses through the 504 debenture and revolving loan programs.
Northland Career Center serves students across the Northland (Kansas City Area) in 12 career-focused programs. This video is an overview video that is supported by 5 cluster videos and 12 individual program videos.
This video tells our story and outlines the background information to build a new Northland Workforce Development Center. This video shares some preliminary plans for the new center and shares our quest to match the $30,000,000 allocation provided by the State of Missouri. We express our sincere thanks to our Northland State Legislators and our Missouri Governor, Mike Parson.
