The Clay County Economic Development Council’s fifth annual Golf Invitational will be Monday, Aug. 11, at the Liberty Hills golf Course.

Limited to 120 golfers, the event will begin at 10:30 a.m. with registration and an 11 a.m. box lunch. The shotgun start will be at noon. The awards presentation and dinner will be at 4:30 p.m.

Sponsorships are still available. Proceeds from the tournament will support the cost of the keynote speaker at the EDC Annual Dinner.

Hy-Vee has once again agreed to be the event Lunch Sponsor.

Contests with prizes will include string, Tiger Drive, and putting.
