Gladstone officials in August held a groundbreaking for a new professional building at Northeast 70th and Cherry Streets. Part of the Linden Square project, the approximately $3.6 million construction is only the latest step in Gladstone’s efforts to create a village center. The project, a cooperative effort of First Bank of Missouri and Midwest Small Business Finance, will house Dentistry for Children. Nearby, the Gladstone 18 building is being renovated to house a coffee shop and a restaurant. Linden Square itself includes approximately 45 acres. Also nearby is the city’s community center and natatorium. |
