NorthPoint Development has entered the Liberty market by launching a $200 million industrial park near that city’s southwest corner and close to the Ford Motor Company’s recently expanded stamping plant.

Christened the Northeast Distribution Center, the project will include eight buildings, ranging from approximately 280,000 square feet to 800,000 square feet, totaling 3.6 million square feet over eight buildings and located on 337 acres south of Liberty Parkway.

The NorthPoint project is also near the massive series of spec developments by Lane 4, at I-35 and Pleasant Valley Road.

Based in Riverside, NorthPoint anticipates closing on the project site and the start of grading by March. Two speculative buildings could be ready this year.
