The Committee of 100 or "C100" is a marketing committee of the Clay County Economic Development Council whose primary focus is recruiting new business and new capital investment into Clay County, Missouri.

Platinum and Gold Crown members of the Development Council are eligible to enroll in C100. As an active member of C100 , members have the opportunity to participate in the following:

• business recruitment
• new business information resource
• marketing plan development and implementation
• Web page listing
