The EDC wants your help! Join one of the EDC's Committees for 2004 and help us achieve even more accomplishments. To help you with your choice, here's an overview of the committees, their meeting schedule and their work:

Civic & Legislative Affairs Committee- 3rd Tuesday of the Month, 7:30 a.m.

* Monitor and make recommendations regarding economic development related legislation and ballot issues.

* Maintain effective communications with appropriate state and local agencies and legislative bodies.

Events Committee- 3rd Wednesday of the Month, noon.

* Design and direct events and special projects. (Annual Dinner, Keystone Recognition Awards, Golf tournaments, etc.)

Marketing/International Business/Northland Schools Alliance Committee-1st Tuesday of the Month, 7:30 a.m.,

* Develop improvements to the marketing program.

* Recruitment trips

Northland Redevelopment Partners-3rd Wednesday of the Month

* Encourage stabilization and redevelopment of commercial and residential areas

Infrastructure Review Committee - Date/Time to be announced

*Review and coordinate infrastrucutre improvements.
