Do you enjoy dialogue with your peers and making positive changes in your community? Are you looking for a venue for networking? Do you have a passion for personal growth, leadership, business development or Clay County? If you do, then take advantage of a benefit to your membership with CCEDC and join one of our committees!

You and other members of your company may join a committee at any time. Meetings are typically held at the CCEDC at the Hilltop at Briarcliff office building. Call or email us with the committees in which you would like to serve. If you prefer, mail or fax this completed form to our office. Advanced Manufacturing Sub-Committee of NEBA – Participate in developing and coordinating educational outreach to community for advanced manufacturing careers.

Civic & Legislative Affairs Committee – Monitor and promote legislation that maximizes economic well-being and opportunities in Clay County.

3rd Tuesday 7:30am – 8:30am

Clay County Competitiveness Task Force Committee – Discussion on ways to make Clay County more competitive to businesses.

Doniphan Dialogue Committee – Provide resources to improve leadership skills.

Twice a year.

Events & Membership Committee – Promote the benefits of Clay County EDC membership and plan networking events. Design and direct special projects such as the Annual Leadership Dinner, Keystone Recognition Awards and the Annual Golf Tournament. (Lunch provided.)

Northland Education and Business Alliance – NEBA members promote business and education partnerships to help create a world-class workforce in the Northland. (Lunch provided.)

1st Tuesday 11:30am – 1:00pm

Quality of Life Committee – Enhance business and employment in Clay County by promoting quality of life resources. (Sub-committee: Trails Group)

2nd Thursday 3:30pm – 4:30pm

Strategic Planning Steering Committee – Participate in developing and overseeing projects to promote the development of Clay County.
